  1. Mix honey and dijon mustard, coat salmon with mixture.
  2. Bake salmon in 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes(varies on thickness.
  3. Large dice avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes and mix.
  4. Add garlic, chives, olive oil, and lemon juice to vegetable mixture.
  5. Serve salmon on salad mixture.
