Instructions
- Cook rice before hand.
- Heat oil in medium sauce pan.
- Add zucchini, chopped peppers, chopped onion, and seasoning.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken stock, sausages with fat, and chopped kale let simmer for 25.
- Add rice and shrimp, let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve.
