Onion | 120 g | 120 g |
Whole Flax Seed | 100 g | 100 g |
Ground Flax Seed | 200 g | 200 g |
Salt | 1/2 tsp | 1/2 tsp |
Instructions
- Mix zucchini, onion and vegetable in blender.
- Add ground flax and whole flax seeds, mix until smooth.
- Spread 340 g onto teflon dehydrator sheet and spread until sheet is covered.
- Dehydrate at 118 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Flip and dehydrate for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
