Flax Wraps

Gluten free and bursting with flavour.

Note: Dehydrator required.

Recommended vegetables: Butternut Squash, Peppers, Kale, Beets

Ground Flax Seed200 g200 g

  1. Mix zucchini, onion and vegetable in blender.
  2. Add ground flax and whole flax seeds, mix until smooth.
  3. Spread 340 g onto teflon dehydrator sheet and spread until sheet is covered.
  4. Dehydrate at 118 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  5. Flip and dehydrate for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
