Salt + Pepper to taste


  1. Cook quinoa.
  2. Boil cabbage to soften leaves.
  3. Cook ground meat.
  4. Mix together ground meat, half of canned tomatoes can, onion, quinoa, garlic, paprika, red chilli flakes, and red pepper.
  5. 1/2 cup of filling per cabbage leaf.
  6. Mix remainder of tomato sauce and 1 cup of chicken stock, cover cabbage rolls in sauce.
  7. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
