Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Almond Milk1/3 cup1/3 cup
Grapeseed Oil1 tbsp1 tbsp

Cinnamon1 tsp1 tsp
Ripe Banana1 1/21 1/2
Unsweetened Apple Sauce1/3 tsp1/3 tsp
Hemp Seeds


  1. Mix oat flour, rolled oats, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and chocolate chips a bowl.
  2. Puree banana.
  3. Mix banana, eggs, almond milk, grape seed oil, vanilla, and apple sauce .
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix.
  5. Fill muffin tins with mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon and hemp seeds onto each muffin.
  7. Bake at 400* for 17-19 minutes.
