FAQsWhy Should I take probiotic supplements?
External factors such as chlorinated water, processed food, environmental toxins, the use of antibiotics, antibacterial sopas as well as internal factors such as stress have been linked to a decreased number of beneficial microflora in the intestine.
A balanced microflora is also essential for optimal digestion of food and absorption of nutrients, and they help our body produce vitamins, absorb minerals and aid in the elimination of toxins.
Although probiotics play a key role in good health, they are not intended as a substitute for a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Probiotics or any other therapeutic supplements should not be taken without prior advice from a health professional who has expertise in probiotics and other health supplements.
