Chicken Stock1 cup1 cup
Curly Kale1 cup1 cup

Instructions

  1. Cook rice before hand.
  2. Heat oil in medium sauce pan.
  3. Add zucchini, chopped peppers, chopped onion, and seasoning.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, chicken stock, sausages with fat, and chopped kale let simmer for 25.
  6. Add rice and shrimp, let simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve.
