Breakfast: 2 eggs  any style with slice of quality toast and almond butter
Snack: Yogurt and berries
Lunch: Jambalaya leftovers
Snack: Home made granola bars
Dinner: Glory bowl

 

Day 3

Breakfast: Fruit Salad with scrambled eggs
Snack: Apple slices with peanut or almond butter
Lunch: Glory Bowl leftovers
Snack: Carrot Sticks and hummus
Dinner: Salmon Cucumber Avocado Salad
