Meal Plan 1

8 x 8 oz. glasses of water daily

 

Day 1

Breakfast – Omelet with goat cheese, onion, garlic, peppers
Snack –Yogurt with berries
Lunch– Quality bread, sandwich of choice
Snack – Avocado and pumpkin seeds
Dinner – Cabbage Rolls   **ground antibiotic hormone free meat and quinoa
Snack – Healthy chips and hummus

 

Day 2

Breakfast – Yogurt, Walnuts, Berries
Snack – Apple w/ almond or peanut butter
Lunch – Cabbage rolls left overs
Snack – Carrot sticks with hummus
Dinner – Tzatziki salmon with brown rice and veggies
Snack – Berry Smoothie almond milk

 

Day 3

Breakfast – Scrambled eggs with goat cheese, peppers, leek, spinach
Snack – Smoothie with banana and almond milk
Lunch – Greens salad left over salmon and goat cheese
Snack – Walnuts, fresh cut peppers
Dinner – Meatballs with Asian rice noodles
Snack – Chocolate Avocado Pudding
